FAQ - 1
Yes and no. You will find some of the usual Escape Game markers in the room. However, the scoring system and the challenge that awaits you are different from a traditional experience.

Children, under the responsibility of an adult, can discover the Truck Experience from 9 years old. From the age of 16, players are autonomous, so groups can play unaccompanied.
FAQ - 3
In the Truck Experience adventure you will never be locked in. You can leave the game at any time for exceptional reasons, this will automatically stop the game in progress.
FAQ - 4
KONIC GAME - Truck Experience has a smaller playing area than a conventional Escape Game room. However, its high ceiling and a limit of 4 players make it a very appreciable game space.
FAQ - 5
The Truck Experience is similar to a Challenge Game or Arcade, so the level of play is adaptable between each game.
FAQ - 6
The game experience is available in French and English. We can switch from one language to the other depending on the group during the same event.
FAQ - 7
The reduced capacity of the truck makes it impossible to accommodate people in wheelchairs. The game is however accessible to the hearing and visually impaired. However, it is essential to have an able-bodied member in the team. Some of the puzzles require the manipulation or listening of sound clues.
FAQ - 8
No actions or puzzles in the game are likely to be a problem for pregnant women. As mentioned above, you can exit the game at any time if you need to.

Our truck is equipped with a reversible air conditioning. Hot or cold, we bring you all the comfort you need during your IKONIC adventure, all year long!
FAQ - 10
The Truck Experience truck is 3m high, 2m20 wide and 9m long. Its weight does not exceed 3T5.
FAQ - 11
Yes, the truck has to be plugged in on site. A standard 230V socket is provided for this purpose, which can be used to power the truck anywhere. If you do not have a power supply at your reception site, we will adjust our price offer and provide you with a stand-alone power generator.
